Mr Top Coat is a water based coating material for surface finishing.

Use it for final finish of painted models.

It is water based, so you can use it on surfaces painted with Aqueous Hobby Color,  and Mr. Color.

Top Coat Flat may become white if it is painted on thick, spray thinly and avoid use on humid days
